What Exactly Is Laughter Yoga?

We don't need to rely on something "funny" to bring more laughter into our lives. Laughter Yoga is laughing for laughter's sake, without the need for a joke or witty comment. Through games and prompts, we laugh artificially (at first, to warm up), organically (quickly thereafter) and socially (as laughter is more contagious than a cold). There is no "downward dog" or "plank." Rather, we practice "yoga" in that we connect our mind to our body, our breath to our laughter and our smiles to our hearts.
